Refunds & Returns

Little Wishes toys & gifts is committed to customer service. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. If the fault is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or a store credit.

With respect to returns for condition or fault issues, Little Wishes toys & gifts reserves the right to refund only the purchase price (not postage), if it is deemed that the item in question is in saleable condition.

What Can Be Returned?
If you are unhappy with your purchase and the products have not been used or damaged and are in their original packaging for resale, then please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (Excluding Shipping). If the product you are wishing to return is due to a change of mind you will be issued with a store credit.

How Do I Return An Item I Am Unhappy With?
Please email or call us using the contact details listed below within 7 days of receiving the product/s. You must then return the item to our store within 14 days at your own cost.

Can An Order Be Cancelled?
Online orders can be cancelled prior to being despatched from our store. A full refund will be provided if the order has been paid and not despatched.
