Shipping Australia Wide – Deliveries
We can only deliver to a physical address. We do not deliver to post office boxes.
We currently use national courier Aramex, Australia Post and local Tasmanian couriers for all shipping, which means our customers can rest assured of prompt professional delivery of their purchase.
All parcels sent to our customers on Mainland Australia can be tracked through Aramex and Australia Post. All mainland orders are issued a consignment number for ease of tracking your order.
If you do not receive your parcel within a reasonable delivery time, please contact us.
FREE SHIPPING on Standard Shipping in Australia is available on orders over AU $150.00 **Excludes deliveries to remote areas and some large boxed items or orders over 5KG. We will contact you with a shipping price on orders over AU $150.00 that contain excluded items. Some items will include extra freight charge at check out.
Large orders and bulky items over 5kg and deliveries to remote areas may incur an additional shipping charge, we will contact you if your order is over the 5kg limit and has additional shipping charges. Some items will include extra freight charge at check out.
In store pick up. Order online and collect from the Little Wishes toys & gifts shop, we are located at 256 Charles Street Launceston Tasmania.
We charge $12.00 flat rate shipping on all orders, except for Excluded items. Excluded items are charged on a product by product basis based on the total weight of the product and the destination postcode.
We endeavour to pack and ship all orders within 2 business days, with most orders being shipped within 24 hours of the order being received.
All order shipped with Aramex have an automatic signature on delivery assigned. If you would like to make other arrangements, please feel free to contact us.
Tracking numbers for all Aramex parcels will be emailed to you directly on the afternoon your order is dispatched.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to failure to collect from the post office or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a return fee.
The second delivery fee will not be eligible for our Free shipping or $12.00 flat rate shipping charge and we will charge you exactly what Aramex charge us to re-ship the parcel to you.
We do not provide any shipping time frame guarantees and strongly recommend that customers place their orders well before the products are needed, particularly over peak seasons. We will not provide a refund if a parcel missed the deadline for when you required it by. The only exception to this is if your parcel is marked as lost or stolen by the courier.
Pickups from our shop in Launceston, Tasmania are possible between 9am and 5pm business days and 9am to 2pm Saturdays. You will receive an email confirming when your order is ready for collection.
To reduce our footprint, we reuse and recycle boxes whenever possible for the packing of orders.
The expected delivery times in the table below are those provided by our chosen shipping company. They are estimates only and Little Wishes toys & gifts cannot guarantee any delivery time once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking Numbers are provided in the Shipping Confirmation email which is sent once your order has been dispatched.
We do NOT ship to Post Office Boxes.
Flat Rate Delivery is not available for items or parcels that exceed certain weights or dimensions. If you have selected one of these items, we will contact you with the applicable shipping charge.
If an order is returned to us due to customer error (such as incorrect address details entered), any attempted re-delivery will be charged at the full applicable rate. This includes any orders which originally qualified for free shipping. Payment of said delivery fee will be required before the order is re-delivered.

We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct, however in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order as confirmed, we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a refund.
Little Wishes toys & gifts only delivers products within Australia. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours to our customers.
